LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF...
Joshua Hills BSc (Hons) MSc ANutr.
I'm passionate about helping people become healthier and happier, whilst enjoying their food. I want to end the fad diets, over restrictive eating behaviours, the excessive exercise and food fears. Thats's exactly what I do with my 1:1 clients. However, I understand that I can't help everyone that way, nor is 1:1 coaching affordable for all. Thats why I created The Joshua Hills Academy. I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist and Graduate Sports Therapist with 10 years experience of working in the health and fitness industry. I have put my heart and soul into this, to teach you everything I've learnt and practised.
I have built these skills from working within Broadmoor NHS Psychiatric Hospital, Public Health, Premiership Football Clubs, Universities, Rugby Teams, Runners World and within my own 1:1 Online Coaching.
I hope to share my knowledge with you, to create the lifestyle you've always wanted.
